Returns and Shipping Policy

Here at Classico, we provide industry-leading quality through premium products. While our dedicated team strives hard to ensure your satisfaction, we understand that accidents do occur. In case you’re delivered the wrong product, Classico will replace/refund the wallets, no questions asked. Customers seeking returns must let us know via email and ship the product back within 30 days of receiving their order. For defective products, you can simply avail of our 1-year warranty for a hassle-free replacement.

Refunds

Upon receiving the item, we will inspect the product and refund your money. Please note that this can take up to 3 business days on average and the amount will be credited to your attached payment method.

 

Replacements

Once we receive the product, our staff will inspect it for claimed damages or verify incorrect order specifications to proceed with a replacement. In case you want something in a different color or material, we will exchange the product and ship it back to you within (add a range of time) days.

 

Return and replacement conditions

  1. The product must be shipped back to the provided address in its original packaging
  2. Customers must include the order number in their email, shipping details, and order package
  3. Customers must ensure that there is no damage to the wallet (in cases where the reason for refund or exchange is other than receiving a defective wallet)
  4. The customer must contact Classico’s support within 30 days of receiving their order. In case of later inquiry, you will not be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement

 

Shipping Policy

At Classico, we hate to keep our valued customers waiting! As soon as you place an order online, a request is sent to the warehouse where your items are prepared for shipping within 24 hours. Once packaged and ready to go, we will send the order out. On average, it takes up to 5 to 7 working days for orders to be delivered within the US. Shipping is free for all local residents, no matter the state!
